Everyone thinks that theirs is the cutest, sweetest dog in the world, right? Well, maybe not everybody. Twenty-eight dogs and their owners from around the world met in California last week to vie for the title of World’s Ugliest dog. The dogs are judged on their “natural ugliness in both pedigree and mutt classes.” The winner, Mugly, belongs to Bev Nicholson of Peterborough, England, and was also named Britain’s ugliest dog in 2005. That’s some pedigree.
