Charlie the Beagle is billed on his Facebook page as “The smartest dog in the world ;}} ♥”—which is certainly open to debate. (Don’t we all think our dogs are the smartest?) Check out this great video, in which he helps his mom change the baby’s diaper, doing almost all the dirty work. Another great thing about Charlie is that he was born on my birthday!
