The massive floods that struck the southern Balkans in recent weeks has killed more than a dozen people and caused billions of dollars in damage. And as with all such situations, oftentimes dogs are left to fend for themselves. As the above video shows, there are many good-hearted people working to help the dogs stranded or orphaned by the floods.
