In a wonderful slideshow on the ABC News website, we learn the incredible story of Gluta, a dog who was rescued by Sorasart Wisetsin just after a dormitory guard in Thailand tried to kill her. The dog then survived cancer before becoming the model for Wisetsin’s photographs to promote pet adoption. As you’ll see, despite her travails, Gluta is capable of boundless happiness.
