Yesterday marked the one-year anniversary of a great program at Los Angeles’s largest airport. The Pets Unstressing Passengers (PUP) initiative, which offers “an opportunity to provide an overall enhanced customer experience, providing stress relief and comfort to passengers through interaction with pets.”

The dogs—all of whom are registered with Therapy Dogs—wear red vests featuring the PUP logo and work one, two-hour shift per week manning a specific terminal. What a great way to get over a bad flight!
