For the last four years, Prince has worked in the guidance office of Portage High School, in Portage, Indiana. The nine-year-old Golden Retriever greets the students as they arrive each day and then helps counselor Tim Kunstek work with struggling kids. “It’s pretty phenomenal how much the kids love him,” said Kunstek.
So when it was announced that Prince was retiring at the end of the year, the students decided to do something special for him: They had a graduation photo taken and included Prince in the 2013 yearbook. Last Sunday, he walked in the graduation ceremony with his “classmates.”
