Poh the dog made it from his home in New York to the Santa Monica Pier in California as part of his road trip.

Neil Rodriguez adopted his dog, Poh, from a New York shelter when the pup was just eight weeks old. That was more than 15 years ago. Recently, Poh was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Since Rodriguez had a job in Arizona to do, he packed up Poh and took him along. It turns out that Poh reacted well to change of scenery, and an epic Instagram account was born.
