Top Posts of 2013, #2: Dogs Rescued from Fighting Ring Are Being Taught to Love

Last month we told you about a massive dog-fighting bust in Alabama that resulted in the rescue of more than 370 dogs (the number has been revised upward since initial reports). In the video report above, CNN shows the inside of the ASPCA’s rehabilitation facility, where veterinarians, dog therapists, and volunteers work to help these dogs make the transition to a normal life, with the ultimate goal being to place as many as possible in loving homes.
