A little rescue dog named Roo, who was born without front legs, got a big break when he met Ashley Looper, a vet tech at Indianapolis’s The Downtown Veterinarian who rescued the then 4-week-old pup. The next stroke of luck happened when a design engineer thousands of miles away saw a story about Roo and was inspired to use 3D-pringint technology to create a mobility cart that would work much better than the then-available models. What a wonderful story!
