In an age when computer animation is all the rage, here is a gorgeous, hand-drawn animated short about the original meeting of man and dog. Created by Disney animator Minkyu Lee and a team of six artists, “Adam and Dog” features stunning visuals, expressive characters, and a powerful ending (which I won’t spoil).
Reportedly, Lee spent $25,000 of his own money and spent two years making the film, and the result is clearly a labor of love. There’s no dialogue, but the characters are very expressive. “Adam and Dog” is well worth 15 minutes of your day, and you must watch it at full-screen and in HD for the ultimate effect. Enjoy.
