Does your dog not seem the same lively, happy companion in winter? It turns out that some vets believe that dogs may suffer from the same seasonal affective disorder (SAD) that plagues many humans when the sun goes away for most of the day. The treatment for humans is a special light that mimics sunlight. One pet owner found that his dog benefitted as much as he did, so he started a company to market the lights for pets.
