Here’s a story that just begs for a bad pun: “sky lab” or maybe “woof on the roof.” But it’s also got all the elements of a great news segment, including a cute pooch named after a Yankees hero in a Red Sox town, a bizarre situation, and a cop with super-hero skills. There’s also a serious side, too: some dogs simply shouldn’t be left alone, especially if they suffer from anxiety, as Jeter obviously does.
