Video: Eldad Hagar and Team of Volunteers Rescue Shaggy

Eldad Hagar, of Hope for Paws, strikes again: this time thousands of miles from his Los Angeles home. When dog rescuers contacted him about a stray that they could not catch, he flew across the country to get the job done.
