Back in June, we posted a video by Eldad Hagar and Hope for Paws about the rescue of Theo, a horribly matted stray dog who had been scavenging on the streets for a year. On Monday, Eldad and friends from Mutt Scouts appeared on “The Queen Latifah Show,” and they brought out Theo so folks could see the incredible transformation he’s been through. And then Theo’s foster dad gets a nice surprise. . .
