By now, Eldad Hagar of Hope for Paws needs no introduction. In this video, he and Lisa Arturo head out to rescue a dog living in a parking lot. When they arrive, he’s fast asleep, so they have to improvise. There are a few hairy moments, but the reward is that PJ will never have to sleep on the streets again.
