Here’s yet another wonderful rescue video from Hope for Paws‘ Eldad Hagar. Once again, he manages to capture a dog that had eluded others for a long time. (One would-be rescuer even suffered a nasty injury in the process.) And when you see how Perry reacts to a new friend at the end of this video, you are bound to discover a wide smile on your face. Eldad’s goal is to get these videos seen by as many people as possible, and we’re glad to help him in his honorable work.
