Video: Group Helps Educate Dog Owners about Life “Off the Chain”

Here’s a cool story from North Carolina, where many people keep their dogs tied up for some or all of the day. But a recent anti-tethering ordinance has many dog owners worried. That led to the creation of the Break the Chain Kennel Kru in November. Their mission is to both educate people about the new laws and to offer access to free kennels. As you’ll see, this is vital work.
