A Pennsylvania family is crediting a teen neighbor and his dog for saving the life of a 5-year-old girl who was attacked by a rabid fox. Young Madison Hazen was playing in the backyard of her home in Washington County, when the fox came out of the woods and started to bite her. Ricky Howard and his dog, Domino, rushed to help, and they managed to get the animal off Madison and kill it. Sadly, because the dog’s vaccinations may not be up-to-date, everyone has to wait to see if Domino will pay the ultimate price for his heroism. . .
