Here’s a great new video about Oscar, the incredible rescue dog who travels around the world to promote neutering and adoption. He was just one day away from being euthanized in Cape Town, South Africa, when he was adopted by Joanne Lefson six years ago. Together, they advocate for homeless dogs of all kinds.
