Folks who have seen the new move White God come away very impressed by the performance of Brodie, the dog who plays the character of Hagen. In the film, Hagen is taken from his owner and leads an uprising of the dogs, in an allegorical tale that is about “the indignities visited upon animals by their supposed ‘human superiors,’ but it’s also an brutal, beautiful metaphor for the political and cultural tensions sweeping contemporary Europe.” In the clip above, you get to see some of the acting chops that made Brodie a natural for the role.
