Here’s another wonderful video from Eldad Hagar of Hope for Paws and Bill Foundation. Eldad and his friend Lisa spot a stray hanging out in the middle of the street in South-Central L.A. and go into action. Eldad’s legendary patience and ingenuity are on display, as always, and it’s incredible how quickly he can calm a panicked dog.
