A police officer in Cocoa, Florida, went above and beyond the call of duty yesterday morning, when he heard dogs barking from a strange place–a storm drain near a car dealership. Officer Matt Rush called for help, and it took the efforts of Brevard County Animal Services and Cocoa Fire Rescue to free the three pups, who are now in the care of Brevard County Animal Services.
