We post a lot about people from the service industryin restaurants, airplanes, retail stores, etc.who are ill-informed about the rights of people who have service dogs. We’ve seen dogs thrown out of all kinds of establishments because the owners or employees believe the dogs aren’t allowed.
Whenever we post these stories, we say that there needs to be more education. So, I think we should also post when someone is doing it right. The Taxi Association of Vancouver, British Columbia, paid to have the above video made to explains the do’s and dont’s when picking up and dropping off clients with guide dogs.
What do you think? Did they get it right?

I think this is a good approach. They must know about the do’s and don’ts. This will help in keeping service dogs in good control.
