A baby’s first steps represent a huge milestone, and all parents celebrate the event. But poor Abby, a three-month-old Ausstralian Shepherd, suffers from rear-leg spasticity as the result of a spinal cord injury. But thanks to the help of a dedicated physical therapist and a wheelchair, she is now able to walk. The hope is that, through therapy and rehabilitation, she’ll one day be able to walk on her own.
