Vote for the Winners in Our 2022 “I Love My Dog Bed” Contest—and Maybe Win Something for Yourself!

Choose only 3 of these photos–easier said than done!

On November 1, we launched our our “I Love My Dog Bed” Photo Contest, which required entrants to take photos of their dogs in bed and post them to the Orvis Facebook or Instagram page, along with the hashtags #OrvisDogs and #WhyADogBed. After poring over hundreds of entries, our crack team of in-house judges has come up with 10 finalists–which was no small task.

Take a close look at the 10 photos below , and  then choose your three favorites. Use the widget at the bottom of the page to vote. The photographers are competing for some great prizes, including a $500 Orvis Gift Card, an Orvis ComfortFill-Eco™ Couch Dog Bed, and a Tough Trail Chuckwagon Dog Tote filled with toys and treats.

We’ll also give a personalized Tough Trail™ Dog Collar  to one randomly selected voter at the end of the contest, as well as a randomly selected person who posted a photo of them picking up trash while fishing.

Important Note: To be eligible to win the collar, you MUST leave a comment about the photos in the comments section below. (That’s the only way we’ll know who you are, since the poll widget doesn’t collect data on voters.)

Voting ends at 11:59 p.m. on SUNDAY, December 11th, and we will announce the winners as soon as we can notify them.

So choose your three winners, hit the “vote” button, and then leave a comment below!

Here are the finalists, in alphabetical order. (Click on each photo for a larger version.)

  1. Happy to see little Pixie in the final 10! That little one-eyed pot hound has come a long way since start on the streets of Grenada!

  2. Never seen a GSP as handsome as that boy Jones .
Totally melted my heart seeing him so relaxed and chilling.
    Just looks so comfortable!!!

  3. Every one deserves a vote, every pup is awesome. Hard to narrow down to one, thanks for the contest to see all the dogs

  4. Wish I had seen this contest sooner. we have an Orvis bed that is about 8 years old and my dogs still LOVE it. Congrats to the finalists.

  5. I would love to win any of these prizes to send to my Grand Dog in MT! His name is Toohey and he is a Hanging Tree Cattle dog and is a character! Such a good boy!

  6. Trying to pick 3 of these sleepy pups was quite harder than I anticipated. Abraham was definitely relaxed and in dreamland. PJ is definitely zonked out and feeling relaxed in his bed. Oakley is down for the count and all cozy being tucked in. Good luck pups…..

  7. All great pics. They are all winners in my eyes. If all dogs could be this lucky to be so loved and cherished.

  8. Would have voted for Abraham three times if I could as he looks SO comfy and sweet in his bed. Precious ❣️

  9. Photos of great dogs that are absurdly comfortable and very happy!!! Love this contest. Especially those great dogs.

  10. I love the cross legged lay. My past dog would lay like this, I was told it means that they are special. And he was, so Pixie must be too!

    1. Having spent 3 wonderful years on that island for vet school, reading this comment put the biggest smile on my face. “Pothounds” are some of the most resilient and devoted pups I’ve ever come across. I’m happy Pixie found a loving home in the states!

  11. PJ says it. Wyatt and Otis are hilarious. But I love older dogs. Locked on Point GSPs 2 is adorable. Tough call.

  12. All the photos are great but there’s something about the Locked on Point crew that I adore! I look forward to getting an Orvis bed for my pup! Excellent quality beds.

  13. I love each and every photo! Nothing like the love and companionship of a dog! Our girl, Rigby, is amazing! Best of luck to all these winners!
