  1. Congrats to all that submitted flies and to the runner ups. There was some really great flies tied and posted. I’d have to say I’m a little disappointed in the decisions. My belief in a fly contest is to see inovative, creative, artistic one of a kind flies to expand the horizon in fly fishing. Tying a known already mas produced fly is kinda already done. Adding silly legs or a bead head isn’t really being creative. Some flies in the contest could really be the next clouser. Royal coachman ect but never given a second look because so many are too brainwashed to believe in the same old stuff. This is my opinion. Tom should do a podcast on it just to hear the feed back.
