Steven Kuieck of Muskegon River Lodge sent in these pictures with a short note: “September is here, and the big smallmouths are on the fall feed in Michigan. Dr. Carlos Gargollo and his wife, Carlita—of Mexico City, Mexico—caught these Muskegon River brutes from a recent trip.” Hey. . .wasn’t this river in yesterday’s quiz? Quel coincidence.
