Colorado angler and blogger Jon Hill sent in another set of great photos from high in the Colorado Rockies, along with the story behind them:

Last week, I and three friends—Jason, Scott, and Ryan—took a six-day trip into the Weminuche Wilderness here in Colorado. We hiked over 45 miles, crossed the Continental Divide three times, and logged over 11,300 vertical feet. Of course, strapped to our 50-pound packs were our trusty Superfines. My buddy Jason caught the biggest of the trip, and what a gorgeous cutthroat it was! Overall we caught a couple hundred fish throughout our travels and had an awesome time. Although my back is still sore, it was well worth it!
