Guide Brian Wise has been producing a new video every season for a couple years now. (You may remember his winter edition and spring installment from a few months back.) The man looks like he has a lot of fun, no matter what he’s catching, and now he’s the kind of guy who wears his love of trout on his leg.
But trout were hard to come by during the hot, drought-ridden summer, so Wise had to turn his attention to a different quarry. No, not smallmouths. Nope, not panfish, either. (In fact he spits the word “panfish” out as if it were a bug that just flew in his mouth.) Instead, he’s chasing. . .well, you’re just gonna have to watch the video. And pay special attention to just how much fun his kids have on the water.
