We have posted before about the organization Sisters on the Fly, an adventure club for women who travel by towing vintage trailers and enjoying all that the outdoors have to offer, including fly fishing. As their website attests: “It is all about the participating in outdoor adventures with women of the same mindset. WE HAVE MORE FUN THAN ANYONE!”
The group has just announced an exciting raffle, with all proceeds to benefit Casting for Recovery. Here’s the deal:
Sisters on the Fly, an outdoors adventure club for women, is holding a raffle for one lucky winner to own a vintage 1957 Zieman trailer. . . . Aptly named Sweet Charity, the trailer has been restored to its previous splendor by members of Sisters on the Fly. The group has also commissioned an exterior mural painted by Reggley Bedoni,a talented Native American artist from Northeastern Arizona. Other trailer highlights include a custom made mattress, maroon ticking and copper accents throughout, converted storage spaces, wood floors and veneer walls.
This is a wicked cool prize, and the cost is a donation to a great organization. Check out all the details at the Sisters on the Fly website. Raffle tickets for the opportunity to win Sweet Charity will be sold from July 29 to August 23. Sales will be capped at 750 tickets and are available for purchase HERE or by contacting Ceci Bennett at firstname.lastname@example.org. Pricing for tickets is:1 ticket for $75, 2 for $130, 5 for $300 and 10 for $500.
