- On his blog The Featherbender, Barry Ord Clarke offers some excellent tips for creating a deer-hair “dubbing loop” and and creating a tight body of spun deer-hair. His method of protecting the hair during the whip-finish is particularly ingenious. (Hat tip: Midcurrent)
