Welcome to another edition of our (not quite) weekly trivia challenge, in which we test your knowledge of all things fly fishing and where you might learn a thing or two about this sport we love. This week, we’ve got a classic quiz with ten questions about everything from famous fly tiers to fish facts to angling literature.
On the last quiz, there were just one perfect score: All bow down to Stephen Fitch. Right behind him were three people who missed perfection by one question, scoring 95%: Roger Bird, Peter Schaffeld,and Bill Bailey. Strangely, no one got a 90%. The most common score was a 60%.
The randomly chosen winner of this week’s quiz will receive his or her choice of an Orvis Fly Selection, featuring patterns chosen by Orvis-endorsed professional guides. The winner of our last quiz (as determined by random.org) was Sam Mothner, who was in the “most common” range.
