Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival 10.16.20

Welcome to another edition of the Orvis News Friday Fly-Fishing Film Festival, in which we scour the Web for the best fly-fishing videos available. Today, we’ve got eleven cool videos that will take you from a Pennsylvania limestoner to the salt waters of Florida and California, with lots in between. There are also a couple important conservation stories–one a success story, the other still hanging in the balance.

For best results, watch all videos at full-screen and in high definition. Remember, we surf so you don’t have to. But if you do stumble upon something great that you think is worthy of inclusion in a future F5, please post it in the comments below, and we’ll take a look.

We kick things off with a beautiful look at a Pennsylvania gem.
A fun trip down the Green River for trout, with a gorgeous dog.
Killer saltwater action on Florida’s Charlotte Harbor.
Chasing salmon in Michigan can be a great time on the water.
Now I wanna go to Pueblo, Colorado.
We see so little California saltwater stuff, so here’s a little calico-bass fishing.
There are lots of species to catch in Iowa! #localslam
Norway’s coast is a stunning place to cast for seatrout.
Our pal Drew (a.k.a. Looknfishy) finds some trout rising in the Driftless Area.
Here’s a cool float down the Rogue to learn about the work that’s been done to protect this special place.
We end with a story that isn’t fly-fishing specific but is important to anyone who values the Great Lakes fishery.
