MY HUSBAND AND I USED TO STOP AT THE ORVIS STORE IN THIS WAS
A PART OF OUR VACATION TRIP ON OUR WAY TO ;COOkS’ forest where we stayed at the ‘GATEWAY’
LODGE. WE ALWAYS MADE TIME TO STOP AT THE STORE ON OUR WAY AND ON OUR WAY BACK
HOME. WHAT A CHARMING STORE AND MY HUSBAND ALWAYS PURCHASED SOMETHING TO ADD
TO HIS STOCK OF FISHING.
HOW SAD IT WAS FOR US THE DAY WE SAW THE STORE WAS GONE. . I AM SURE THE PEOPLE
WERE EVEN MORE UPSET TO SEE THE STORE OUT OF BUSINESS.
BY THE WAY MY DAUGHTER HAS A FLY-FISHING ROD AND A SMALL CASE WITH THE FLY -FISHING -GEAR. IT WAS GIVEN TO HER ABOUT TEN YEARS AGO FROM A FRIEND OF MY MOTHER’S. THE MAN WAS IN HIS 80’S AND HAD BEEN USING IT FOR MANY YEARS AT THE TIME.
COULD GIVE US A ESTIMATE ON THE VALUE OF IT TODAY?
