Tomorrow is the grand opening of an exciting new fly shop concept in southeastern Pennsylvania, as Orvis and TCO Fly Shop combine to bring anglers the best of both companies. Known as one of the finest fly shops in North America, TCO has relocated its Bryn Mawr operation to the fly-fishing section inside Orvis Haverford. TCO has been an iconic presence in the fly-fishing world for almost 30 years, starting with the original shop in Reading, Pennsylvania, and they will manage this new operation with the same great staff and product assortment Bryn Mawr customers relied on, but with nearly three times the square footage. This new store will provide unparalleled customer service and an extensive assortment of fly-fishing and outdoor lifestyle gear.

I’ve known Tony since he opened his first shop outside of Reading. He has always been ahead of the curve in customer service and innovation in retailing. Great move for both TCO and Orvis who seems to truly value its retail partners. I can’t wait to visit this new venue.
