Josh Williams, of Franklin County, Virginia, isn’t your average fly fisherman and fly tier. After surviving a tour in Iraq with the U.S. Army in 2004-5, he returned home, only to suffer grave injuries when a driver ran a stop sign and slammed into Josh’s motorcycle.
