Photo of the Day: A Guide’s Personal-Best Steelhead

A couple years ago, Greg Senyo of Steelhead Alley Outfitters took his biggest steelhead ever, estimated at 17 pounds, and the smile on his face suggests he was pretty excited about it. When you spend as much time on the water as Greg does, catching a personal-best fish is something special. And every time he does it, the bar is raised a little higher.

Look at the way the fish’s belly sags over Greg’s fingers. That is a hog.
