Matt Calderaro, a former Orvis fly-rod designer, now runs an outfitting business in Europe called Worldflyangler. (You may remember him from my trip last summer.) But when he feels the need for a more serious tug on the line, Matt returns to his homeland to chase steelhead on the Salmon River in Upstate New York.
