Rick Young, a guide at Libby Camps in the Maine backcountry, sent us these photos with a brief description: “Here are a couple of nice brookies caught by angler Steve Keyser, one of our guests. These are just a couple of the 14 trout we caught that were sipping blue-winged olives.”

The beautiful colors and white-tipped fins are the hallmarks of wild brook trout.
