Take an All-New Fourth of July-Themed Fly-Fishing Trivia Challenge 07.02.15

Welcome to another edition of our trivia challenge, where we test your knowledge of all things fly fishing and where you might learn a thing or two about this sport we love. This week, we’re back with ten new questions themed to coincide with the Fourth of July holiday.

The performance on the last quiz was down a bit, with no unaided perfect scores. However, there were six 90-percenters: Kudos to Bradw, JaLajoie, Terry, fausto, Kurt S., and Pat. I did make an error in the initial post, accidentally writing “fiberglass” when I meant to write “graphite.” Everyone who missed that one can add 10% to the score. The most common score jumped again to a darned good 80%.

We continue to have two (2!) randomly chosen prize winners per week, thanks to Beattie Outdoor Productions. One winner will receive a copy of Fishtails—the latest compilation DVD, containing all of the films from the last 4 years of filming—and the other will get Carpland, a documentary-style adventure film about the history of carp in the United States.

Our last winners (as determined by random.org)—who will receive one of the DVDs above—were Derek Meloche and Sam.

So post your score below for a chance at winning one of two great DVDs.

Good luck!
