Take an All-New Phil Monahan Fly-Fishing Trivia Challenge 12.17.15

Welcome to another edition of our weekly trivia challenge, in which we test your knowledge of all things fly fishing and where you might learn a thing or two about this sport we love. This week, I’ve thunk up 10 new questions, with the help of my good pal, Uncle Google.

On the last quiz, there were no perfect scores, but four geniuses scratched out a 90%—congrats to Bill Bailey, Toni Fernstrom, Dave F., Connor! The most common score was a much better 50%.

The randomly chosen winner for this quiz will receive a copy of the great book from our own Tom Rosenbauer, The Orvis Guide to Family-Friendly Fly Fishing.

Our last winner was Andy S, whose score as average as can be.

So post your score below for a chance at winning Tom’s book, and he’ll sign it to whomever you like.

Good luck!

Can you catch these in the Sunshine State?

  1. 70%. And although it was one of the questions I (ostensibly) answered correctly, for the record, only Ray Bergman is “seminal”. Those other guys are merely incremental.
