Welcome to another edition of our weekly trivia challenge, in which we test your knowledge of all things fly fishing and where you might learn a thing or two about this sport we love. This week, we serve up another classic, which will see what you know about famous angling writers, fly names, and history.
The last quiz turned out to be tougher than I had anticipated, and no one scored 100%. There were just two 90%, so all due credit to Kathie and Dan Koshman. A further nine respondents scored 80%, and the most common score fell precipitously from the previous week, to 50%.

The winner of this week’s random drawing will receive a copy of Ed Engle’s wonderful book Tying Small Flies, from Stackpole Books. If you struggle at the vise when trying to create tiny midges, olives, and the like, then this is the book for you.
The winner of our last quiz (as determined by random.org), and recipent of a copy of Ed Engle’s Fishing Small Flies, was Chris, whose score alone would not place him in the “above average” crowd. But he still wins!
So post your score below for a chance to win a great book. And we finally got the answer key back, so you can know exactly what you missed and why.
Good luck!
