Take an All New Phil Monahan Fly-Fishing Trivia Challenge 06.16.16

Welcome to another edition of our sometimes-weekly trivia challenge, in which we test your knowledge of all things fly fishing and where you might learn a thing or two about this sport we love. This week, we offer 10 brand-new questions about fly-fishing history, geography, and trout biology.

On the last quiz, there were again just two perfect scores. How about a “Huzzah!” for Terry E and Jen Woodruff. Yes, that second perfect score belongs to our Trout Bum of the Week! Six folks scored 90%, and the most common score jumped again, to a 70%.

The randomly chosen winner of this week’s quiz will receive a cool trio of decals from artist Nate Karnes, who has been featured on this blog before.

The winner of our last quiz (as determined by random.org) was Connor, who scored “A modest 70%.”

So post your score below for a chance at some great stickers.

Good luck!

  1. 70% this week. I guess I passed, but just barely. Are you sure there are no trout in Argentina???

  2. 90% After that I better have a good day on the Big Hole tomorrow. Something like a 22″ Grayling would be nice.

  3. I usually guess quite well at the locations but got them all wrong this time. Thats “bugs” me…
