I am a chef by traid but my passion is fly fishing. I have been cooking for the past15 yrs and am currently the head chef of the Manchester country club in CT. I grew up fishing the salt water around the island I grew up on off the coast of Mystic Ct.Then I went off to college at MSU in Bozeman MT. My love for the sport grew & I even had the oppertunity to guide the Yelloestone river for a summer. We currently live 20 min east of Hartford on coventry lake. I have been a die hard orvis fan for the past 20 yrs! ALL of my gesr is tried & true from my Trident TLS 6wt to my little CFO reel. My first job was in retail sales for a major boating company.
