Here’s some cool footage of Cathy Beck heading out to fish a remote New Zealand river. Having experienced such a helicopter ride, I can tell you that it’s a serious thrill. By the time you land on a gravel bar or next to the river, you are champing at the bit to catch fish. And Cathy doesn’t disappoint, landing some stunning brown trout.
For those of you who don’t know, Cathy is a brilliant angler, as well as being one half of the nicest couple in fly fishing, along with photographer-husband Barry.
