Video: Char and Trout in Remote Northern Sweden

Here’s a gorgeous video from remote Swedish Lapland, at the northern tip of the country. Two brothers spend seven days paddling, camping, and catching trophy arctic char and trout. The stark landscape, the rushing river, and the cool soundtrack combine to offer a sense of what it’s like to spend time away from civilization with a fly rod in hand.

    1. Hello Dean,
I am not sure if the Kristensson brothers contacted you about doing one of these trips but if not I am offering a similar Fly Fishing and Wild Foods trips in Sweden above the Arctic circle with Saveur the Journey. The trip is July 15-23, 2018 and we will hike with fly fishing guides into a remote fishing cabin in the Swedish mountains near Kvikkjokk. Moose, reindeer, Angelica, char, Kalix caviar, cloudberries, and local sausages and cheeses will make up our meals. You can see more about the trip at http://www.saveurthejourney.com or you can contact me directly at aaron@saveurthejourney.com. Thank you!
