Here’s a gorgeous short film from British Columbia photographer Rhys Martell, who focuses not on the trout but on the journey to find them and the magic of the places a hiking angler can discover. Or, as he puts it, the film is about “the brilliance of getting on pace with creation in the cathedral of rocks, trees and water.” I think that this is something many of us can relate to.

Great stuff, keep ’em coming. You should seriously get a tenkara rod since it’ll easily fit in your backpack and you’ll have two free hands for climbing.
Great stuff, keep ’em coming. You would do great with a tenkara rod in places like this since it would easily fit in your pack and then you’d have two free hands for climbing.
(My bad, didn’t mean to send two. Phil, feel free to delete one of these.)
