Video: Golden Dorado in the Bolivian Amazon

We know the Provo brothers, Ian and Neil, mostly from their great videos that combine fly fishing and snow sports. (See “Steelhead and Spines,” part I and part II.) But in this heart-pumping video, they headed south, to the jungles of Bolivia, where they traveled up a tributary of the world’s largest river and into the depths of the Amazon to fly fish for huge golden dorado. What they found is remarkable: incredible scenery, abundant flora and fauna, some big rain, and lots of incredible fish willing to slam a streamer and go airborne.
