We know the Provo brothers, Ian and Neil, mostly from their great videos that combine fly fishing and snow sports. (See “Steelhead and Spines,” part I and part II.) But in this heart-pumping video, they headed south, to the jungles of Bolivia, where they traveled up a tributary of the world’s largest river and into the depths of the Amazon to fly fish for huge golden dorado. What they found is remarkable: incredible scenery, abundant flora and fauna, some big rain, and lots of incredible fish willing to slam a streamer and go airborne.
