The latest video from Dave and Amelia of Jensen Fly Fishing shows them fishing a stretch of river they’ve never been on before, and they walk you through their discovery process. It’s interesting to see how they translate observation into fishing strategies. Sure, most of us aren’t on an incredible river in New Zealand, but the same techniques apply wherever you are looking for trout in an unfamiliar place.
The key is in Phil’s last sentence – trout are trout and that’s 100% a universal thing when it comes to trout stream trout and where they have to be, when. 🙂
