Anyone who reads this blog regularly knows that I love nothing more than chasing native brook trout in the mountain streams of the Green Mountains of Vermont near Orvis HQ. Here’s a beautiful trailer that’s right up my alley, but it’s focused on the Southern Appalachians. “Jewel of the Smokies” is a documentary about the native brook trout of the Smoky Mountain National Park and the fly fishers who chase them. I can’t wait to see the finished film.
